As you know, I have been very active in opposition of the Employee Free Choice Act, also known as Card Check, which is pending legislative action.
Many of my clients and colleagues have asked for information and guidance regarding this issue and I have been encouraged to write a White Paper or compile a document to help out Small Business Owners who aren't sure how to handle this issue.
