As we approach the most popular season for performance and salary evaluations, it may be a good time to review those things you NEVER WANT TO SAY unless you want to give your Human Resource support person a kick start. Yes, these are from actual performance evaluations. (Thankfully, none that I've had to review!): Steve was at work during the year. I would not let this person carve my Thanksgiving Turkey let alone perform surgery on a person. He far exceeds my ability and you hired me. Mr. Doe is surpassing the remainder of the people on his team which surprised me a lot considering he and I rarely speak to each other because of his annoying demeanor.
