Karen Young, our President, has been involved in personnel, labor relations and human resources in Harrisburg and Central PA for over 18 years. Her background includes such companies as xpedx™, (the distribution group of International Paper) and Graham Packaging. She has held roles from Payroll Specialist to Corporate Manager of Human Resources for Thomson Industries based on Long Island while based in Harrisburg, PA.

Victoria Krotzer, PHR, has over 20 years of experience in human resource management. Vicki has served as the Human Resources Director and Assistant Vice President for several medium to large companies who employed 140 to over 1,400 employees across multiple states. Ms. Krotzer is currently serving a second term as the Director of the Pennsylvania State Council of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She has served on the state council since 2000 and is the former President of the York SHRM Chapter.
Ms. Krotzer's vast experience in human resources encompasses employee relations, unemployment, workers' compensation, handbook and policy writing, training, FMLA, Payroll, recruiting, COBRA administration, benefits program design, negotiation and administration.
Ms. Krotzer serves on the Board of Directors for Family First Health in York, PA and also sits on their HR Committee. Additionally, she serves on the Y.E.S (Your Employability Skills) Committee and teaches various modules of the Y.E.S Certificate Program in York, PA for the York County School of Technology Adult Education Program
Joining HR Resolutions in 2009 as Project Manager, Ms. Krotzer is responsible for delivering support and HR management services to the clients of HR Resolutions. Her broad experience and dedication to her field provide the ideal skills to service our clients' needs.
HR Resolutions, LLC evolved from Karen's passion for her profession and her desire to provide solid, up-to-date human resource expertise for small to medium business owners in Harrisburg, Central PA and beyond.
