Karen Young, our President, has been involved in personnel, labor relations and human resources in Harrisburg and Central PA for over 18 years. Her background includes such companies as xpedx™, (the distribution group of International Paper) and Graham Packaging. She has held roles from Payroll Specialist to Corporate Manager of Human Resources for Thomson Industries based on Long Island while based in Harrisburg, PA.

Karen Bissell has rejoined the staff of HR Resolutions®, LLC as Office Administrator. Her responsibilities include providing administrative support to the President and clients as well as business development activities for HRR.
Bissell has extensive experience in a variety of office support positions most recently serving as the Office Manager for Compassionate Senior Care. She is a graduate of Dale Carnegie, an active Community Volunteer and is well known in our community through the Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC. Karen's enthusiasm for outstanding customer service and relationship development is a perfect match for the culture of HR Resolutions.
